WE OFFER: We offer a combination of yoga, pilates, body awareness, and core muscle training in a unique and fun way to get your body fit, strong and flexible.

WE TREAT: This can be used as a form of general exercise for people who want to reclaim their fitness or as rehabilitation for any injury or illness, allowing you to reclaim your childhood strength and flexibility, feel younger, have less pain, lose weight, firm up, get fitter, and have fun while you do it.

BUY: Sessions are once or twice a week, for one hour each at R140 per session

Sport, Fitness & Health Coaching

Physiotherapist and life coach, Sue Fuller-Good, has run Comrades many times and has participated in many ultra-endurance trail events. She will share her expertise with you and help you to run faster and further with less effort and more enjoyment. 

WE OFFER: We offer correct form, breathing and style coaching. You will finish the program fitter and leaner and able to run 5 km 3 times a week with ease. It’s also available to people who are already running, even doing long distance, who want to run even longer.

WE TREAT: The spinoff will be better health, weight management, stress relief and most importantly more aliveness.

BUY: There are two sessions of one hour each at R550 per session.

Walking is simple, free and one of the easiest ways to get more active, lose weight and become healthier. It’s underrated as a form of exercise but walking is ideal for people of all ages and fitness levels who want to be more active. 

WE OFFER: We offer postural alignment, walking form, core stability, fitness, and breathing.

WE TREAT: Regular walking has been shown to reduce the risk of chronic illnesses such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, asthma, and stroke. It reduces stress, boosts your immune system, gives you a chance to think and can be used as a form of meditation.

75 MIN EACH   |   R 475

We are all aging hour by hour and day by day. But you could do it differently if you know how.  Your body rebuilds itself daily and constantly, why not rebuild in a youthful and joy-filled, flexible way? 

WE OFFER: We offer the use of movements and poses, breath work and visualizations, as well as connecting into your gut-brain, your heart brain, and your head brain, and finding the clues to where and why you are aging in these nervous systems.

WE TREAT: This course will look at your attitudes towards yourself, your body and your life, as well as towards aging.  This program is designed to achieve real, sustainable, great results that last a lifetime. 

BUY: The four sessions can be virtual or in person, in real-time or in your own time using a recording.  Each session is 75 minutes at R475 per session.


2 HOURS EACH   |   R 1500

This course empowers young people to understand stress and its effects. Through heightened awareness, they will learn how to manage stress better.

WE OFFER: We offer an interactive course that will equip them with tools and knowledge to increase their consciousness, increase emotional intelligence and capacity for introspection, and improve their coping skills.

WE TREAT: This will sustain young people in the high-pressured social, school, and sporting environments they find themselves in each day.

Nutrition, weight, and food are one of the key elements of wellness. One of the biggest aspects of achieving and maintaining overall health is nourishing your body optimally and this is done with a balanced diet specific to you and your body's needs.

WE OFFER: We offer an eating habits assessment and empower you to make wise food choices, help you eat mindfully, help you reduce cravings and guide you through health conditions. We will support and encourage you in achieving your wellness goals.

WE TREAT: You will become mindful of your food choices and sensory system, breaking habits through conscious awareness that helps you choose to eat healthier.

BUY: There are four sessions of two hours each at R550 per session.
