Sue has found a new and exciting way to assist people to handle weight and food problems through connecting with their sub-conscious to find their programming and rewire it where necessary. She uses relaxation, reconnection with feelings and longings, attitude examination, as well as intuitive assessment and affirmation and visualisation generation. In other words, Sue assists participants to see why their body holds onto weight, produces cellulite, or does not hold muscle tone, and helps them to find an affirmation to alter this and a specific visualisation to create the desired bodily change, based in this subtle internal message. Men and women are handled separately. The result of this course is awesome unrestrained PHYSICAL FREEDOM.
