Visualise Your Brilliance

Sue has devised her own method of teaching meditation and body consciousness through refining the ability of participants to use their imagination and visualise their own bodies and also connect with their own inner voice. Meditation and health are so intricately linked that it is clear to see that this is a powerful tool. Sue teaches her own means of learning to meditate through the Chakra system, enabling people to work with their own energy systems through conscious awareness and understanding and also through the self awareness developed through the body consciousness.

Effect Your Body Brilliance

Sue uses the forum of this course to connect people with their bodies and therefore with themselves. She tunes them in to the ‘still small voice’ inside and with the mirror that the body represents of the internal environment. She uses her observation skills through the means of photography to assist people to see the messages their bodies are holding. She encourages participants to find which of their chakra’s are blocked and to understand why. She helps them to interpret the pain and injuries or diseases they suffer from. She gives people the take home tools for unblocking and self diagnosis to empower them to continue the work at home and to do it on an ongoing basis. This course is not about learning theory, this is about individual coaching and self examination which moves people in the direction of self acceptance and understanding. Often we hide away a part of ourselves, because for some reason we feel ashamed of it. Sometimes we hide it because something makes us doubt it. This may have happened in our childhood, and it is usually completely out of our awareness. Our lives and the world around us reflect these hidden parts to us and sometimes it takes a little guidance to help us to understand why for example certain people drive us crazy, or why we adore certain celebrities.

Find Your Physical Brilliance

Sue has found a new and exciting way to assist people to handle weight and food problems through connecting with their sub-conscious to find their programming and rewire it where necessary. She uses relaxation, reconnection with feelings and longings, attitude examination, as well as intuitive assessment and affirmation and visualisation generation.
