"Body brilliance for me was a really positive experience in ways that are not completely explicit- but rather in terms of subtle internal changes. I felt it gave me a chance to create as goal at the beginning and then trust the process- and I seemed to have reached my goals of feeling happy with the way I am NOW- not necessarily as trying to change myself and become slimmer. The meditations were really fantastic and took me deeper than meditations I have done before and felt they had such an amazing calming effect. Meditation Testimonials

"It was the meditation courses (1 and 2) has truly been life changing for me.  It is so great to see life, and my life specifically, from this different, awesome perspective – also to see other’s lives in a new perspective by sharing in and learning from the experiences of the people in my group.  Sue is the greatest facilitator!  Her non-judgemental, sensitive and enlightened approach  enabled me to stop judging myself, people, things and concepts so easily and to rather live a free, unconstrained and uncluttered life – which allows me to be and feel the best me that I can be and feel.  I am now understanding so much better what it means to live in the now, and that I gain nothing by trying to control the future and I can’t go forward if I hold onto the past.  It is so liberating to not have to cover for and protect my feelings or the feelings of the special people in my life, knowing that we all need to feel the pain and rejection and disappointment that we feel, and we should face it to get over it to benefit from it. My view and understanding of the heart God grew on a weekly basis, and I am so excited for it to keep on growing because the more you see of God and this amazing universe, the more you realize you haven’t really seen anything yet and the more you want to see.  Words reduce the size of this experience as my thoughts have truly been changed through these 3 odd months. "If I had to put the weekend in a few words and what it meant for me I would say it was just about touching base, becoming quiet and enjoying the moment. I could feel my mind becoming calmer and that I was slowly absorbing the surroundings of nature and purely enjoying. Clearly the night under the stars was a highlight as well. I have been thinking quite a lot of the days we spent outside-it has bought my hectic lifestyle into perspective and I feel I can easily relate to that feeling of calmness& connectedness when my mind starts going off in all directions. Thanks for offering this weekend, especially because it had a physical challenge to it! Body Brilliance Course Testimonials

Body Brilliance is the phenomenal course I went on a few Saturdays ago. It helped me in a BIG way to start “clawing my way” out of a very deep black hole. I can honestly say that it’s one of the best “personal transformation” courses I’ve attended – VERY practical & loads of useful tools which I am still using. Each person attends for their own reason/s whether it’s stress/ weight/ personal loss ??? I have to admit that I did blubb ALL day & Sue was very nurturing. The other 3 girls were also supportive (& they held it together & didn’t blubb). I know “personal learning & development” is my passion (& not everyone’s). But this is most certainly a course – I’d save my “shekels” for & attend. - Joni
