About Sue Fuller-Good

Motivational SpeakerSue Fuller-Good (Msc Physio (Wits) BSc (UCT))  is a physiotherapist who has a special interest in the spine and a deep commitment to empowering people to live with extra- ordinary health, energy and vitality. She believes you could be glowing with health. She has spent 24 years studying the body and through her deep understanding of it as well as her interest in the human psyche, she has added many different dimensions to what her healing work can achieve.

Sue is passionate about sharing her ideas and she runs many courses through her business Body Brilliance . These courses and workshops are designed to share her ideas on how the wisdom of the body can be used to create amazing health, incredible vitality and more centered and connected living.

Sue does hands on physiotherapy, treating pain, dysfunction and restrictions. She assesses the whole body very thoroughly concentrating on the neuro-musculo-skeletal system. She pays much attention to movement patterns and quality of movement and uses what she sees and feels to assist her in always directing her treatment at the cause of the problem rather than on the symptom. She believes strongly that the whole body is connected and that it is imperative to see the painful body part in the context of the rest of the body. While focusing on physiotherapeutic treatment, she may also communicate what she senses about what the body is mirroring about the mental or emotional status of the patient. Her Physiotherapy and healing is based on thorough and ongoing Scientific assessment and on very deep tissue release.

Sue believes in empowering people to heal themselves wherever possible and in showing them  how to keep themselves well. Posture correction, and the wise use of exercises can assist in creating health. Improved ergonomics and lifestyle habits which are pain generating is easy to implement once it is brought to your awareness, so much of Sue’s work involves identifying causative factors and attending to them. In addition to becoming aware of physical risk factors, thought patterns and ongoing stress need to be shifted for true health to exist. We need to be made aware of our negative or constrictive thought patterns in order to work with them and this is an important part of what Sue’s work has to offer. Until very recently only people who lived near enough to attend therapy or a workshop could benefit from what Sue was doing. Now she has devised a system of newsletters and of daily suggestions which can work in a systematic way to produce real health change, from a distance. So just by reading her articles or signing up for her regular suggestions, you can experience the changes that are possible wherever you happen to be. She has also made CD’s and DVD’s available, which can be purchased and enjoyed in your own home.
