One minute USA was celebrating, the next they were fighting for a position in the quarter finals and the next they were preparing to fly home. The England team has had a similar rollercoaster ride. If we can learn one thing from these brave, committed players’ experiences in this World Cup it would be, to live in the moment fully and accept whatever comes when the next moment takes its place.
